This training, an initiative of the Erich Pommer Institute, offers a unique opportunity for women working in the audiovisual industry, including film, television, and digital media, to enhance their skills, network with industry experts, and access coaching opportunities. 
The program includes online and on-site workshops led by seasoned experts who provide guidance and support to help participants advance in their careers. It also includes access to some of EPI’s exclusive eTrainings and individual business coaching sessions.

The program is designed to empower women at different stages of their careers. This transformative program is open for female professionals from mid- and senior-level management positions and aims to foster inclusivity, diversity, and gender equality in the media industry. What is unique is the program's last module, which is aimed at HR managers or decision-makers in their companies.

The programme elements focus on topics such as (digital) leader-and entrepreneurship, innovation and change management in a modern world as well as communication, motivation and conflict management.

Thanks to FOCAL’s cooperation with EPI, one female industry professional from Switzerland can participate in the programme, with a reduced participation fee.
